Students can set up their own externships at local facilities

Our requirements are as follows
-Passing the training class 75% or higher
-Ten (10) successful venous draws on file
-All required immunizations up to date

Once requirements are met, we will send a letter to the facility of choice.

Acceptable documentation from facility
-Letter must be on the facilities letterhead
-Number of successful venous draws performed (butterfly needles not permitted)
-Signed off by a physician and stamped
